Boys’ Rugby: U16/Development vs Thomas Mills
2 Dec 14
Match won 29 – 19
This was a game played in biting conditions – and it would be fair to say that neither side played very attractive rugby but it was still highly physical and competitive. The game was balanced on a knife edge at 15-14 in Woodbridge’s favour for what seemed like an eternity before winger Anthony Yu touched down in the corner with five minutes to go. Rupert Clogg’s conversion then gave us some breathing room before we scored again in the dying seconds. Our other tries came from man-of-the-match Ben Crick (2), Sam Garrington and James Brown. Well done!
