A Co-educational Independent School in Suffolk for ages 4 to 18

It is a given that in joining Woodbridge Sixth Form, you will be looking to achieve outstanding academic results, and to be able to compete for a top university place or a placement with a blue chip company.

Over the last 5 years, we have seen nearly 50% of A Level papers graded at A and A*, and results A* to B have accounted for almost 75% of the grades every year. The vast majority of our students go on to their first choice university.

Oxford, Cambridge and London universities such as Imperial and UCL, have proved the most popular destinations for our students, but there is a strong following of the 20 Russell Group universities which are located throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. University entries in medicine, law and veterinary science are among the most popular subjects. Principal courses are often supplemented by a subsidiary in a modern foreign language. Many of our students continue their education at music colleges, drama schools and Arts Foundation courses.

Life for students embarking on their next stage of academic life is busy. We expect students to immerse themselves  in their academic studies by becoming autonomous, independent learners. The academic environment of Woodbridge is rigorous and you will need to work hard and push yourself to achieve the best results.
