Rugby: Senior Firsts off to a Flying Start

From one of the first rucks, Fraser M pounced on loose ball to feed James C who scored. Soon after, Tristan H rounded off a neat passage of play for a second, and with Ben F converting both the boys went in to half time 14-3 to the good. With defence standing up well at the start of the second half, counterattack became the name of the game, George W this time the beneficiary, Ben adding a third conversion. The unassailable lead became victory by 24-8 and all in the team took heart from this excellent result full of defensive strength and incisive attack.
