Reception – Bug Hunt
30 Jun 17
Making the most of the lovely weather, Reception went into the garden for a bug hunt. Armed with bug jars and magnifying glasses, no stone was left unturned! They worked in pairs and found all sorts of fascinating things which they recorded on their check lists. It was even possible to get a close up look at some tadpoles from the pond. The children were very careful with the small creatures and ensured they were replaced where they had been found.
