Reception – 2D Shapes

The children have been learning the names and properties of 2D shapes this week. They have created shape pictures and played shape games both inside and outside the classroom. They have particularly enjoyed looking for shapes hidden in the sandpit, collecting them into their buckets and counting out how many they have found.
