Primary Maths Challenge Success 2014

Well done to all our budding mathematicians who took part in the Primary Maths Challenge organised by the Mathematical Association. Pupils from Year 4, 5 and 6 tackled the fun, yet challenging, problem solving questions with great enthusiasm and really enjoyed using their maths knowledge and thinking ‘outside the box’. We plan to take part in this competition every year. If you enjoy a challenge and want to try some fun problems and games, look on the Mathematical Association website.
Congratulations to Katie B, Henry D and Amy G who were presented with Gold certificates. Billy G, Molly M and Harvey G achieved Silver and James Y, Thomas L, Mya L, Milo V, Samuel B, Phoebe B, Ella W, Ariane B, Talia F and Rebecca Y were awarded Bronze.
