National Quiz Competition
Our senior quiz team eased impressively past Framlingham recently by 1100 points to 470. Everyone in Captain Charlie Green’s team of Will Clarke, Chris Long, Cole Turnbull and of course Charlie himself, contributed excellently, with Cole in particularly electrifying form, especially on the starter questions. Now for the regional semi-finals – opponents yet to be confirmed: the match may well be at Woodbridge, and makes for entertaining viewing so watch this space for news of when and where.
Now, by way of a warm-up:
Minorca and Majorca are part of which island group?
How many children did Queen Victoria have?
Selene, Artemis and Diana were all names during the classical period applied to the goddess of what natural phenomenon?
