J2 Boys Hockey vs Ipswich

Seb Gifford reports:

A positive start as we went 1-0 up in the first minute, a great goal scored by Charles Tetley. However, Ipswich came back to equalise 1-1.

Great team work enabled Mauricio Corfe to score a great goal, making it 2-1 to us at half-time. After a positive team talk with Mr Rais, Charles Tetley scored again, to make it 3-1 to us. Ipswich fought back and scored a goal from a short corner, but we were still 3-2 up! All the action was then down our end, with our defenders all working extremely hard. In the last minute we conceded a goal from a short corner which made it 3-3.

A great game of hockey, but we could work on being stronger with our sticks!
