Hockey: U14B vs Ipswich School – Dec 2014

Score: Won 3 – 0 

The girls’ target (which they set themselves as a team) was to score at least one goal , as a number of their games had been no-score draws, so they were ready to prove themselves and put into practice everything they have learnt during the season. Within the first minute, Ella S scored our first goal, after superb play from our pushback. This definitely raised the team spirits and they were after more so didn’t give up for the whole game.

Next, Rosa M scored a brilliant goal from a short corner along with Lucy A popping a shot in from a rebound off the post. Every single player should be congratulated, as they worked tirelessly throughout the game. But especially to Rosa, Jemima H and Millie C who played for the U15B team straight after!! Well done girls…a brilliant performance from the whole team and many thanks to Amy G who stepped in to play the day before due to injuries and illness!!
