There are numerous side roads to the school which can also be used. Footwear The course is mostly over grass and earth tracks. There is one place which is about 7m wide where the road is crossed on tarmac. However, this area is small and runners are advised to wear spikes. Respecting School Ground and Lawns Please could you help us by preventing athletes from warming up on The Chapel Lawn and around the Cricket Squares. There will be ample space to warm up which should be on the school fields. Inclement Weather On The Day If the weather leading up to the day has proved to be difficult and the course at risk, we will make a decision to either modify the course or in the worst case scenario have to cancel the event. If there are high winds we will need to adapt the woodland part of the run.
