Woodbridge U13B vs IHS Cricket

Congratulations to our U13B cricket team, who played their first match of the season against Ipswich High School this week and walked away with a win.

With the sun shining on them, the team played a pairs cricket game, which although slow to get going soon became very exciting.

There was some great bowling by Year 8’s Annie and Rocky as they managed to both bowl players out, and Annie took two wickets with one being caught and bowled.

The game continued with Year 8s Chloe and Year 7’s Millie stumping players out plus some fantastic quick fielding by Year 7’s Alice, Marina and Frankie.

With great batting displays by Year 8’s Honor (scoring a great four and six!), Daisy, Year 7’s Erin and Eiraan and form Year 8’s Eva, it was a fantastic start to the season and a huge well done to everyone that played. Thank you also to the travelling support.
