CoSpace Computing Competition
29 Jan 15
On Tuesday year 5 were lucky enough to be joined by staff from BT to take part in a day long computing challenge. Throughout the day the pupils were introduced to new programming ideas that went together to create a programme to control the movement of a virtual robot. This required the pupils to think logically in order to create and debug algorithms.
The day culminated in a year group competition with teams pitting their robots against each other on order to collect coloured mines. After 16 hard fought duels it was Tom Martin and Sukey Ridge who were the eventual winners on the day. Well done to everyone involved.
