U7’s Soccer Tournament
25 Mar 15
Last Thursday two Year 2 football teams took part in the Soccer Tournament at The Abbey. Both teams looked professional and played extremely well, gaining second and third place overall. Barnaby scored two brilliant goals in a row and Lara, who was the only girl on the pitch, played with great skill and determination. All the games were played with enthusiasm and good sportsmanship with plenty of encouragement from the side-lines. At the end of the tournament everyone received a medal and a delicious match tea. A big thank you to the organisers and coaches Mr Graham and Mr Earl.
