Set in the city of Ephesus, The Comedy of Errors is about the reunion of two sets of long-lost identical twins who were separated in a stormy shipwreck as infants. The play follows the mistaken identities and misadventures encountered on their paths to finding each other. It is Shakespeare’s shortest play and considered the most farcical of all his tales.
