The Reception children have enjoyed learning about the roles of Doctors and Nurses. Last week they were visited by Steph, a local nurse. She talked to the children about her job and they were then given practical experience of how to apply plasters, bandages and slings. This week Arabella’s mum, a local Doctor, came to Queen’s House and showed the children all the equipment a doctor needs to help sick people. Afterwards the children were keen to dress up as surgeons!
