We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking Learning Support Assistant to join our well established and highly respected team. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the educational experience of students with additional learning needs by delivering tailored support both within and outside the classroom.

You will take responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing learning activities in collaboration with teaching staff and specialists. You will support pupils up to GCSE level, contribute to the development of individual education plans, and lead small group or one-to-one interventions.

Hours of Work
We are looking for the successful candidate to work up to 30 hours per week, ideally across 4 or 5 days. Our Core Hours for the role are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am – 1.30pm on Friday. Actual working hours and days can be discussed at interview. This role is term- time only, working 34 weeks per year. You will also assist in exam access arrangements and promote pupil independence, emotional
well-being, and academic progress. Your role will require initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to fostering inclusive learning environments.

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and accomplished Head of Geography to lead our thriving Geography Department. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for the subject, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning and academic achievement across the School. A passion for Geography and
the ability to teach throughout the Senior School, including A Level, are essential. You will be committed to fostering intellectual curiosity, encouraging pupils to develop a deeper understanding of the world around them and inspiring a lifelong interest in the subject.

As Head of Geography, you will teach across the full Geography curriculum and will have the expertise and confidence to teach both Human and especially Physical Geography to A level, together with experience of leading and overseeing the A level Non-Examined Assessment (NEA) component. You will lead and support colleagues in delivering a dynamic and engaging curriculum, promote excellence in academic outcomes and co curricular provision, maintain high standards, and motivate pupils to fulfil their potential.

At different times throughout the School year, we require additional coaches to work with us; this may vary on a termly basis and can range from one to three afternoons per week.

We are looking for inspirational coaches across a variety of sports to support our excellent games provision and our students at Woodbridge School.

We are seeking talented, flexible individuals who are committed to providing the best opportunities for students across a range of abilities. To engage with students and staff, contributing towards creating a vibrant, fulfilling environment that provides appropriate levels of challenge.

The appropriate candidate will have extensive experience in coaching/playing, as well as of working in schools or similar environments. The sports on offer at Woodbridge School include: Athletics, Basketball, Cricket, Dance, Football, Hockey, Netball, Rugby.

Duties are likely to include coaching within games lessons, co-curricular practices and matches, and this would primarily be afternoons from 1.00pm to 5:30pm, Tuesday to Friday, term time only. Please check here for our term dates.
