Hockey Coach (Prep and Senior)
Salary: £20 – £25 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Based on a Zero-Hours Contract
Part Time, Term Time Only
Starting September 2025

We are seeking an enthusiastic, supportive, knowledgeable and inspirational Hockey Coach to support and deliver coaching sessions to a range of ages and abilities and work with teams
within the fixture programme across both Prep and Senior School from September – April each year. The successful candidate may also support delivery of specialist one-to-one and small group sessions to those students on our Hockey Performance Programme.

The role could continue into the summer term if the suitable candidate is able to support other sports, including cricket, tennis or athletics. This is desirable and not essential for the role.

Working Hours

Up to 16 hours per week approx/average. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 1:15pm to 5:15pm. Friday – 11am to 4pm.

The successful candidate will submit monthly timesheets and be paid on hours worked in the following month, based on the hours outlined above.

Football Coach (Senior)

After School Club Leader (Prep)
FTE Salary: £22,580
Pro Rata Actual Salary: £3,865

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking After School Club Leader to join our well-established and highly respected team.

Our T Room is a friendly and engaging after-school club offering children a safe space to unwind, enjoy a light tea, and take part in fun, structured activities. The Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club ensuring a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere for all children. This includes supervising children and organising age-appropriate activities, managing the provision of light tea, administering First Aid as appropriate and maintaining positive communication with parents and school staff.

Theatre Technician
Annualised Hours Contract – 1,950 per year
Working Pattern on a Rota Basis
Salary: £25,382 – £27,246 per annum

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative and motivated Theatre Technician to join our friendly and successful Theatre Department at Seckford Theatre, providing technical support to our external hires and school productions. You will be responsible for assisting with all technical aspects of production including the set up and operation of staging, lighting, sound and audio/visual equipment. While also supporting and contributing to the wider requirements of School Productions, including assisting with design, construction and/or sourcing of set and props.

Sports Coach

At different times throughout the School year, we require additional coaches to work with us; this may vary on a termly basis and can range from one to three afternoons per week.

We are looking for inspirational coaches across a variety of sports to support our excellent games provision and our students at Woodbridge School.

We are seeking talented, flexible individuals who are committed to providing the best opportunities for students across a range of abilities. To engage with students and staff, contributing towards creating a vibrant, fulfilling environment that provides appropriate levels of challenge.

The appropriate candidate will have extensive experience in coaching/playing, as well as of working in schools or similar environments. The sports on offer at Woodbridge School include: Athletics, Basketball, Cricket, Dance, Football, Hockey, Netball, Rugby.

Duties are likely to include coaching within games lessons, co-curricular practices and matches, and this would primarily be afternoons from 1.00pm to 5:30pm, Tuesday to Friday, term time only. Please check here for our term dates.
